When we put an order together we go to between 5 and 15 suppliers, depending on the quality and what is available on any given day. We pick out everything case by case to ensure that you don't receive anything that isn't of the highest quality and freshness.
We also buy from local farmers so that we get the best of what is available.

We have pickers that visit the fruit and vegetable markets daily, and their job is to hand pick the best produce available on the day.
We import Romney Saltmarsh Lamb, Japanese Wagyu and Irish Dry Aged Beef.
