Fish & SeafoodSecond only to Japan, Spain is a major world supplier of fish, seafood, and related products. We are based right beside the fish market, so on a nightly basis we buy fish and have it filleted especially for us so it is as fresh as possible. During the season we get a weekly delivery of live scallops and langoustines (weather dependant).
We source Alaskan king salmon, white king salmon, wild Alaskan salmon, Alaskan king crab, and live handpicked crab from Ireland and Scotland.
Smoked seafood we bring mainly from Ireland - organic smoked salmon, smoked haddock, and smoked mackerel.
We purchase directly from the main fish markets in Barcelona, where we have developed relationships that grant us peace of mind and access to the best the seas have to offer. Freshness and sustainability are guaranteed.
