DairyWe have a small producer based in Girona who makes high quality guest yoghurt, in both natural and fruit flavours.
During the season we travel to France to buy high quality French yogurts and cheeses. We import Italian aged parmesan and burrata, and we have a local Italian producer from Napoli based in Barcelona who provides us with fresh mozzarella.
We also supply fresh and UHT milk, cream, creme fraiche, Greek yoghurt etc.
Our award-winning ice-cream supplier, Nobo, make ice-cream that is lactose free, gluten free, and vegan, with no stabilisers and no gums - made naturally from avocado and coconut. |

We have pickers that visit the fruit and vegetable markets daily, and their job is to hand pick the best produce available on the day.
We import Romney Saltmarsh Lamb, Japanese Wagyu and Irish Dry Aged Beef.
